AN ICE-SMOKING cabbie has been caught on camera doing drugs in his taxi. An eagle-eyed citizen filmed the act before sending it to the police.

AN ICE-SMOKING cabbie has been caught on camera doing drugs in his taxi.
The footage, which was captured by an eagle-eyed civilian, was later sent to police and the Taxi Services Commission.
Police last night pulled over the Noble Park man who was driving to the city on the Tullamarine Fwy about 8.30pm.
A Victoria Police spokesman said the 37-year-old was made to undergo a preliminary drug test which returned positive drug results.
He was also found in possession of drugs, police alleged.
“Police searched the man and allegedly found two bags of white powder believed to be methamphetamine,” the spokesman said.
Police received footage of the cabbie allegedly smoking an drugs in his taxi days before last night’s intercept.
The footage was captured by a passer-by and given to police and the Taxi Services Commission.
The taxi driver is expected to be charged with drug driving, possess drug of dependence and fail to wear taxi uniform.
