Melbourne graffiti artist honours ‘death of Taylor Swift’ after fight with Kim Kardashian with mural in Hosier Lane

FIRST Taylor Swift got “dragged” by Kim Kardashian amid an ongoing feud over Kanye’s ‘Famous’ song lyrics, now her downfall has been honoured with a mural in Hosier Lane.

REPORTS of Taylor Swift’s death have been greatly exaggerated.

But “Taylor Smith” might be another story, according to Hosier Lane street art.

As the real American songbird holidays in Australia with actor beau Tom Hiddleston and wages war with Kayne West and Kim Kardashian over a leaked phone conversation, Swift’s likeness has been painted in the city laneway with the epitaph “In loving memory of Taylor Smith 1989-2016”.

Underneath is written: “No tags please respect the dead.”

Melbourne graffiti artist lushsux posted the pic on Instagram this morning with the caption: “The recent passing of @taylorswift is heart wrenching. Come and leave some flowers and light some candles at her memorial in Hosier lane in honour of her memory. If you do please DM photos of you doing it. #taylorswift #kimexposedtaylorparty #kimkardashian”

Dean Sunshine, documenter of the local street art scene, also posted the image, saying “#lushsux has clearly put his thoughts on a wall.”

Sunshine has previously described lushsux as “incredibly talented”.

In March, lushsux painted a pair of two-storey high nudes in Hosier Lane which lasted a few hours before council painted over offending bits.

Two weeks earlier he depicted Kim Kardashian posing for a naked selfie in a 9m-tall mural on the side of a print shop in Gwynne St, Cremorne.
