THE horror weekend on Victoria’s roads has continued with a man killed in a suspected hit-run in Victoria’s northeast.
The man was found on Mansfield-Woods Point Road, about one kilometre out of Jamieson, shortly before 1.15am this morning.

Emergency services treated the man but he died at the scene.
Police believe the man was possibly struck by a vehicle and are treating the incident as a hit-run collision.
A crime scene has been set up and Mansfield-Woods Point Road is currently blocked to all traffic between Chenery Lane and Eildon-Jamieson Road and will be for some time.

The death, is the sixth in a tragic weekend on Victorian roads and takes Victoria’s road toll to 225, compared to 260 at the same time last year.
In the first of two horrific crashes, 18-year-old Darcey Kramme, 17-year-old Josh Lavery and a 36-year-old man from Lake Tyers Beach were killed when their car smashed into a tree on a back road to Lakes Entrance on Saturday morning.
Tragedy struck at Beaufort, in the state’s west, hours later when a man and a woman travelling in a ute were killed when their vehicle and a truck collided on the Western Highway at Beaufort at 9.30am.
