Man drowns at Frankston Beach
A man has died at Frankston Beach after he was pulled from the water. Emergency services were unable to revive him.

A man has died after being pulled from the water at Frankston Beach this afternoon.
Beachgoers brought the man to the shore after he was found unresponsive in the water shortly after 12pm and attempted to revive the man before emergency services arrived on the scene.
Despite the heroic efforts of the public and the first responders, the man — who is yet to be formally identified — died at the scene.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
