The 2020s have almost arrived and there is no better time to reflect on the showstopping and heart-tugging moments of the past 10 years.

Our award-winning Herald Sun and Sunday Herald Sun photographers have been in the thick of the action to capture the biggest moments of the past decade.

From breathtaking images like Melbourne Cup Carnival Ambassador Olivia Molly Rogers surrounded by horses in Tawonga to news stories that stopped the nation, our photographers are on scene.
