How and when to bag pre-Christmas deals at Chadstone
The annual Shop ’Til You Drop extravaganza at Chadstone Shopping Centre is set to kick off, with massive discounts and $65,000 worth of gift cards up for grabs. Here’s how to snag a deal ahead of the silly season rush.

Chadstone is expecting more than 100,000 shoppers to hit the centre tomorrow when it kicks of its first pre-Christmas discount shopping day across the centre.
The annual Shop Til You Drop extravaganza features more than 350 offers and up to 50 per cent off selected retailers in the 15-hour event, with extended centre hours from 8am to 11pm.
Optimum times to beat the crowds looking to bag a bargain will be between 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm.
Not only are these the least busy times at the centre but customers who spend $600 or more on the day between those hours are invited to visit the Ticket Conductor, who will give them a $100 Chadstone Gift Card. Six lucky winners will also walk away with a $1000 Chadstone Gift Card.
The Ticket Conductor will be on call in The Christmas Express Lounge with more than $65,000 in gift card giveaways and complimentary champagne.
From 6pm to 10pm the space will transform into the Luxury Carriage Bar, where customers who spend $250 of more can wind down and enjoy complimentary champagne in style.
Chadstone general manager Fiona Mackenzie says the event heralds the beginning of the Christmas shopping season.
“More than 100,000 people are expected to attend our Shop ’Til You Drop event, offering customers the best opportunity to get prepared for Christmas. With extra retail stores, longer opening hours and more entertainment than ever before, Chadstone really is the one-stop-shop for all your needs this festive season,” she says.
