Swans supporters wanting to bring along their feathered fans are not so lucky and must keep them caged while commuting on all public transport.

Victoria’s Health Minister, Jill Hennessy, an avid Bulldogs supporter, could be heard on radio yesterday calling every man and his dog to the festivities.

“Grand Final Parade, get on down, bring your dog, bring your joy. Bring your Victorian passion,’’ she said.

Pooper scoopers and plastic bags are recommended for the nasty surprises and if your furry friend is a bit ruff leave them at home.
