HE insists he doesn’t know how it got up, but Twitter has reeled at Jeff Kennett’s swinging clock.
The former premier and Hawthorn president posted a tweet about 8am this morning of a clock featuring a naked man with his private parts animated to swing like a pendulum.
The clock-up was soon noticed and retweeted feverishly before Mr Kennett announced he was trying to find a way to delete it and didn’t know where it came from.
“What a start to the day. I don’t know how that’s happened, I don’t know how it got there, if I’ve been hacked or not,” he told the Herald Sun after finally getting the image down.
“It makes you think it’s time to perhaps get off Twitter. You get abuse all the time anyway.
“But it’s certainly generated a lot of response.”
Sorry all. I have no idea where that image came from. Trying to delete.

But now so many responses cant find the original
Thank you all. Think i have found it and had it removed. Sorry to those who missed it but trust your day is better for not seeing it

The true reason for the error remains unknown, although Twitter users noted Mr Kennett’s account did not tweet anything else too unusual around the same time.
