Former CFMEU boss John Setka has surfaced, topless and with a new tattoo containing a highly pointed message.

Controversial former CFMEU secretary John Setka has surfaced getting a tattoo pledging his allegiance to the militant union as the Victorian branch continues to be engulfed by corruption and bikie infiltration allegations.
A video posted to social media overnight showed Mr Setka topless with the words “GOD FORGIVES THE CFMEU DOESNT” freshly tattooed across his neck.
The video was posted by Classic Ink Tattoo in Yarraville and captioned “Apprentice Rates”.
God forgives, the CFMEU doesn’t is a well known catchphrase for the union often printed on their T-shirts, stickers and hoodies.
It’s the first time Mr Setka has popped up since he retired early when allegations were aired in July.
Mr Setka, who was supposed to step down from the militant union later this year, but he members he decided to pull the pin early due to ongoing allegations about the union “whether true or not”.
After the allegations were aired Premier Jacinta Allan referred matters to Victoria Police and IBAC.
The Victorian branch has been placed in administration and taken over by the national executive.
