THERE’S a new Mumford arriving in town next year with former AFL star Shane and his partner expecting a second child. So how did they announce it?

In an adorable Instagram post, Ollie is pictured hanging on tight to his crib with a sign on his bed stating he has to move out in 21 weeks.

The reason — there’s a new tenant arriving on April 28 next year.

On Wednesday, former Greater Western Sydney player Shane Mumford and his partner, Eva, announced they were expecting their second child on Instagram with about 1600 likes on the post.

Their first son, Ollie, was born last November at 1.29am and weighed about 4kg.
