MELBOURNE will see its biggest ever Friday night of footy tonight when Collingwood takes on Richmond in front of 100,000 at the MCG and across the road 30,000 will pack AAMI Park to cheer on the Storm.
There will be a heavy police presence at both games, with authorities warning fans they will come down hard on anti-social behaviour.

HOW TO GET TO THE MCG
CAR: Public parking at Yarra Park is closed. Limited number of spaces via gate three for disability permit holders. Brunton Avenue will be closed to traffic between 4.50pm and 11.20pm.
TRAIN: Jolimont and Richmond are the closest stations to the MCG.
From the city to Jolimont take: Hurstbridge, Mernda lines.
From the city to Richmond take: Alamein, Belgrave, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Frankston, Glen Waverley, Lilydale, Sandringham lines.
V/Line trains to Southern Cross station. Continue to Flinders St and get one of the above lines or a tram.
TRAM: Routes 75 (City-Vermont South) and 48 (City-North Balwyn) service to the MCG. Route 70 (City-Wattle Park) stops nearby.

Melbourne fans can watch the game on the big screen at Federation Square. It is not a ticketed event so fans are urged to arrive early to secure a spot.
