The Cadel Evans road race is set to take the picturesque Great Ocean Road for the fifth year running.
The UCI World Tour event has become a staple on the Australian racing calendar and is growing in popularity each year.
Five different races will be taking place over the four days of competition from January 24th to January 27th.
The Elite Women’s Race will compete on Saturday 26 January, before the Elite Men’s event on Sunday 27 January.
In 2018, the weekend of world-class racing attracted 80,000 spectators, generating more than $10 million in economic benefit, according to council figures.
Despite concerns, the family ride will be returning to the event following a clash with the Festival of Sails last year.
The 1.6km family-friendly ride along Western and Eastern Beach roads gives children and their families the chance to take the course with the Tour de France winner himself, plus other local celebrities and elite riders.
