JOBE Watson’s rumoured new girlfriend is set to follow the Essendon star back down under after announcing she’s heading to Melbourne in two months on social media.

Virginia Slaghekke posted on Instagram: “Last day in NYC with this one, off to Melbourne in two months. Accepted into the Australian Exchange program”.

Watson was first seen with Ms Slaghekke at his sister Billie’s Bali wedding earlier this month.

Ms Slaghekke posted pictures of the pair together on Instagram on October, 9, describing the wedding as the “best night ever”.

It is unclear how the pair met, but Watson spent time in New York during his 12-month ban as part of the ­Essendon supplements saga.

Ms Slaghekke is a model from Manhattan and medical student.
