THE office of Victorian Governor Linda Dessau has detailed the moments leading up to her flight to Canberra. In a statement on Friday, the office explained that Wednesday morning’s Qantas flight from Melbourne to Canberra was delayed after the senior official was sent to the wrong departure gate.
