Known as Toorak’s “ghost mansion”, the unfinished house was previously owned by director of property developer Ausvest Holdings David Yu, before he sold to Craven in August 2022.

The crypto mogul founded the online casino in 2017 alongside business partner Bijan Tehrani, offering a vast array of betting options for gamblers around the world.

He is also the shareholder of video game developing company Easygo Gaming.

Craven was dubbed Melbourne’s most generous tipper after he left a $10,000 tip at South Yarra cafe Gilson earlier this year.

He also made headlines in 2022 after he hosted a wild Halloween party at the Ghost Mansion, filled with zombies, werewolves and naughty angels.

More than 400 influencers and young entrepreneurs were in attendance including Jordan De Goey, James Hachem, Tommy Bugg, Sam Guggenheimer, Jasmine Tavares, Hannah Dalsasso, Shaun Wilson and Tess Shanahan.

The party featured a dance floor, DJ, Roulette table, photo booth, bars, catering, performance from an ‘international guest’ and a make-up room with professional artists.
