THE husband of murdered mother Karen Ristevski plans to move out of the home where she was last seen alive.
Borce Ristevski has recently listed the five-bedroom Avondale Heights home on a rental website for $900 a week.
The Oakley Drive property, which boasts “unsurpassed luxury with panoramic river and city views”, will be available from November 28.
The Herald Sun understands Mr Ristevski is leasing the home as he wishes to free up some cash.
Ms Ristevski was last seen leaving her home in June last year. Her husband remains a suspect in her death.
It is believed police were notified of his intentions to move out of the property in the past week.
The pair’s daughter, Sarah, 22, has been living with a friend in recent months and spent time travelling Asia since the discovery of her mother’s body at Mt Macedon on February 20.
The home can be inspected by appointment only and identification will be required before entry.
It is described in the ad as “one of the area’s finest homes”.
“With its vast interior and designer details throughout, this landmark home provides an idyllic indoor and outdoor lifestyle along with arguably the most spectacular outlook in the entire suburb,” the ad said.
“The home’s free-flowing design highlights four upstairs bedrooms (huge master with WIR and spa ensuite), stylish main bathroom and open study that opens up to a balcony with magnificent city views.”
Photos from inside the home show a large granite-bench kitchen and a pool room decorated with sporting memorabilia.
