Police have launched an investigation after a man’s body was found in a Melbourne river on Saturday evening.
A police spokeswoman said the man, believed to be in his 50s-60s, was found in the river alongside the Dandenong Creek Trail.
Police were called to the scene at about 7.40pm and are yet to determine the cause of the man’s death.
