A slain man dumped headfirst into a wheelie bin was killed by a couple who had lured him to their property for a sex romp.
The threesome twist was revealed as Jason Considine, 36, and Natasha Hogan, 27, faced the Supreme Court today for a pre-sentence hearing over the murder of Ashley Phillips in May 2017.
The court heard Considine had agreed to have a three-way with another man at the request of Hogan, his partner of eight years, at their Walton St unit in Preston.

She chose Mr Phillips, 44, who she missed after earlier having an affair with him while Considine was in jail for theft and deception offences in 2016.
In 96 explicit text messages between her and Mr Phillips on the evening of May 26, Hogan invited him to their property and detailed what she wanted him to do to her.
“I really want to get dirty with you,” she wrote.
Mr Phillips waited in the loungeroom of the couple’s house to receive a text from her that he could join them in the bedroom.
But sex tapes, filmed by Hogan, revealed she left Considine in the bedroom and went into the loungeroom at 1.37am the next morning, and became intimate with Mr Phillips.
When Considine later walked out and saw the mother of his child engaging in a sexual act with Mr Phillips, he became enraged.
“In a fit of jealousy he attacked Ashley Phillips,” prosecutor Daryl Brown said.
Considine pinned Mr Phillips to the floor and strangled him to death.
Hogan then helped Considine to put Mr Phillips’ body in a wheelie recycle bin.
As Considine pushed the bin to the nearby corner of Young and Butler streets, Hogan attempted to clean up a pool of blood left on the floor of the unit.
The mother of two has pleaded guilty to assisting a murderer, while Considine pleaded guilty to murder.
A homicide investigation was sparked when a garbage truck driver uncovered Mr Phillips’ body when emptying the bin about 8am on May 28.
A serial number on the bin, registered with the Darebin Council, led investigators to another unit in the apartment block where Considine and Hogan lived.
They arrested Hogan and Considine after Mr Phillips’ phone records revealed Hogan’s messages to him.
The pair denied any involvement in Mr Phillips’ death.
“Who’s that?” Hogan asked when police mentioned Mr Phillips.
The mother of two later changed her story, saying he had come over for a threesome but the last she saw him was when she kissed him goodbye at the door.
Hogan later folded and explained what happened, from it being her idea to have a threesome with Mr Phillips, and that Considine strangled Mr Phillips in the loungeroom.
She even took detectives back to the scene to provide a re-enactment of how she assisted him to dispose of the body and cover their tracks.
Hogan wiped away tears throughout the hearing as victim impact statements from Mr Phillips’ family were read out, revealing their heartbreak of no longer being able to see his “big smile” at family gatherings.
“He’s not here anymore. We miss him so much,” his mother Marlene Phillips said.
Considine is facing a maximum sentence of life, while Hogan could be jailed for up to 20 years.
Justice John Champion will sentence the pair at a later date.
