Alleged high-country killer Greg Lynn has withdrawn an unfair dismissal claim after he was sacked by Jetstar following his charges.
Mr Lynn is currently in jail charged with the alleged murders of Russell Hill and Carol Clay and was sacked in January, two months after charges were laid.
He then sued the budget airline for unfair dismissal amid claims he lost his job for “circumstances that he has no responsibility for”.
It is believed the 55-year-old Caroline Springs man was supported by his wife as part of the process.
Jetstar opposed the claim and has noted that he is unable to perform his duties from behind bars.
This week, Mr Lynn cancelled his legal bid and all communication calling for him to be reinstated has been withdrawn.
Police had already arrested Mr Lynn when they discovered the remains of the missing campers, who had not been seen since March 2020.
He is expected to reappear in court in May.
