Voting is meow open to determine Townsville’s cutest cat, following a flood of nominations featuring fluffy felines of all ages, shapes and sizes.
From fluffy kittens to Siamese cats or felines dressed up, it was a near impawsible task to narrow the field down to a shortlist of 73 cuties.
Among them was Luna the kitten, who was nominated by Rebecca Jayne.
“She’s now 16 weeks old and thinks she’s more human than cat,” Ms Jayne said.
“She loves getting into mischief and thinks the furniture is her jungle gym.”
Spread-eagled Vinsta was one of the older cats to be nominated by Raymond Dyer.
“She loves lazing about on the ironing board,” he said.
“Pity she can’t do the ironing though haha!”
The winner will receive a free photo shoot, and feature in the Townsville Bulletin.
