The Queensland Country Bank Stadium became the backdrop for a historic celebration of the North Queensland Cowboys’ 30th anniversary.
This first-of-its-kind event saw the stadium’s grounds transformed into an elegant gala dinner venue, attracting hundreds of attendees eager to mark three decades of the club’s legacy.
The evening was a milestone for the Cowboys, as it was the inaugural occasion where an event was held on the stadium turf.
The gathering featured a distinguished lineup of current and former players, including celebrated names such as Johnathan Thurston, Matty Bowen, Michael Morgan, and Dallas Johnson. Former coaches, including Neil Henry, were also present, alongside Premier David Crisafulli, who lent his support to the festivities.
Guests were treated to a series of poignant recollections from past players, highlighting pivotal moments in the Cowboys’ history.
