EXCLUSIVE: A legal spat over dead celebrity nightclub king Darren “Razzle” Thornburgh’s fortune has revealed family divisions, his property empire and debts.
As part of his $1.85 million he left behind there was a 30kg silver bullion, a vintage car, jet ski and a motor home.
Thornburgh’s eldest daughter Zoe, 23, took her fight to the Supreme Court to stake her claim on her father’s assets after discovering there was no will left behind.

Thornburgh, who ran Prahran nightclub Boutique in its glory days, attracting the biggest names in Hollywood, pop stars, models and sports stars, was found dead in November last year, dressed in his pyjamas, on the front porch at his Barmah rural property, about 250km north of Melbourne.
A gun was found and police ruled the death not suspecious.
The Sunday Herald Sun has obtained Zoe’s affidavit to the court in her bid to get access to the funds and assets.
The functions manager tells of a strained relationship with her mum, Denise Foster, since her father’s death, and how she has no assets despite living in a South Yarra studio apartment owned by her dad.
“I receive no assistance from my mother. My financial position is very limited,” she said in the court documents.
Mr Thornburgh’s financials are laid bare in the court documents which show his real state is worth $1.7 million, including homes in Port Melbourne, South Yarra and Barmah.
In cash and assets he had $148,000 including his silver bullion worth $21,036.
His debts totalled $126,565, including almost $76,000 in unpaid child support.
Disco king Thornburgh entertained the likes of Paris Hilton, Ashton Kutcher, One Direction singer Niall Horan, George Harrison, Kylie Minogue, Michael Schumacher, Natalie Imbruglia, Kim Kardashian and Tommy Lee.
But as he battled with his internal demons and allowing his party lifestyle to rule his life, the father-of-two was having three to five day drug binges, in the lead up to this death.
Friends had begged him to go to rehab but he ignored their concerns.
Documents also reveal Thornburgh’s youngest daughter, Mia, 15, will also get a slice of the estate but not have access to it until she is at least 18-years-old.
The court granted Zoe’s application.
After her father’s death, Zoe took to Instagram to pay tribute to the late nightclub tycoon.
“You’re my everything and always will be,” she wrote.
“I keep waiting thinking my phone is going to ring and your calling me laughing and say ‘Got ya Zo! Got ya all!’”
