QLD Schools Crack Down On Vaping 15/12/22

Queensland state schools handed out more than 40 drug-related disciplines a day this year in a major spike that Education Minister Grace Grace says is from a crackdown on vaping.

Police are investigating whether conspiracy theorist Gareth Train and former school principals Nathaniel and Stacey Train used cameras hidden around their property to track officers before gunning down two of them.

E-Scooter riders who block footpaths when they park their devices could be slapped with a fine, under reforms from the state government to make pathways more accessible.

And Queensland universities are calling for visa rules to be relaxed to make it easier to attract and bring back overseas students, after the sector was smashed by international border restrictions.
