One of Adelaide’s wealthiest couples, fitness queen Kayla Itsines and fiance Tobi Pearce – worth a combined $486 million – have announced their separation.

Adelaide power couple Kayla Itsines and Tobi Pearce are splitting up.
The entrepreneurs, ranked number 10 on the 2019 Young Rich List with a fortune of $486 million, built the successful Bikini Body Training Company, which is behind the hugely successful SWEAT fitness app.
Itsines, 27, and Pearce, 28, became engaged in April 2018 and gave birth to their first child, daughter Arna Leia Pearce, one year later.
Itsines made the announcement on Instagram Friday that after eight years together, she and Pearce would be separating as a romantic couple.
“Will will always be family, and remain good friends and devoted parents to Arna,” she wrote.
“We have grown up together in Adelaide, sharing a lifetime of experiences and special memories from moving into our first apartment and starting SWEAT from our lounge room to becoming parents to our beautiful daughter. Our friendship remains strong as we parent Arna together and run SWEAT as business partners.”
The pair would not provide further comment.
Itsines and Pearce, both personal trainers, shot to fame after forming the Bikini Body Guide fitness program in 2015. It evolved into SWEAT, the top ranking home fitness app, of which Pearce is the sole director but has equal share with Itsines. Itsines, the face of the empire, has 12.6m followers on Instagram.
Among other assets the Malvern couple share is a property development in Walkerville.
Pearce also has found himself in the news for less than positive reasons in recent years, having been prosecuted for reckless driving and allegedly being caught with prescription drugs in February 2017.
