Alleged machete-wielding man charged following stabbing at Browns Plains
A man has been charged after he allegedly stabbed another man with a machete at a home south of Brisbane on Christmas Day.

A man has been charged after he allegedly stabbed another man with a machete at a Browns Plains home on Christmas Day.
Police allege there was an altercation between two men outside a Trebeck Street property during which one the men sustained a laceration to his leg about 4pm.
The victim, a 31-year-old Browns Plains man, was taken to Logan Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police located and arrested the other man a short time later after he fled the scene on foot.
A 30-year-old Waterford West man has been charged with wounding and is due to appear before the Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
