This time it’s Pizza Hut and Four’N Twenty that have been fooling around and accidentally created the pie pizza..or is it the pizza pie?

You have to admit, the promo picture makes it look pretty good.

This is what it looks like in real life.

In reality it’s pretty much a normal pizza that has a handy container moulded into the crust that very snugly fits a mini meat pie.

One look at this thing sets off arterial alarm bells all over the place but just in case you needed a reminder, a Pizza Hut spokesperson warned this isn’t something you want to eat all by yourself.

This creation is nowhere near as offensive to the senses as vegemite shoved inside a chocolate but it’s certainly not going to be for everyone.

But if you’re planning to watch tomorrow’s State of Origin and haven’t yet decided pies or pizza with your beers, this thing’s a godsend.

If this empty box is anything to go by, they’re not too bad.
