A boy was flown to hospital in a critical condition after an incident on the Great Ocean Road on Thursday. The Royal Children’s Hospital has confirmed he is now stable.

A boy was flown to hospital in a critical condition after an incident on the Great Ocean Road on Thursday.
Emergency services attended a caravan park at Wye River after reports he was struck by a car within the park around 3pm.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the boy suffered upper-body injuries and was flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne in a critical condition.
The Royal Children’s Hospital confirmed the patient was in a stable condition on Friday.
It comes after a horror Christmas Eve on Victoria’s roads in which three people lost their lives.
