AN ELWOOD woman has been charged over the death of Hastings father Jade Goodwin, whose body was found in a shallow grave on a vacant property in Tyabb last year.

A FOURTH person has been charged with the murder of a Hastings father on the Mornington Peninsula last year.
A 46-year-old Elwood woman has been charged over the death of Jade Goodwin, 39, whose body was found in a shallow grave on a vacant property in Tyabb on October 22, 2017.
Mr Goodwin had not been seen for almost 10 days when his body was discovered buried on a vacant property on Dandenong-Hastings Rd, which locals say was often used as a dumping ground.

The woman will appear in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday charged with murder and false imprisonment.
Two men and a woman were arrested at the time of the murder and were charged with Mr Goodwin’s murder in October last year.
Shane Heiberg, 34, Brendan McDowall, 52, and Natalie Dalton, 36, will all return to court for a committal hearing on June 13.
Mr Goodwin was remembered by his partner Tash Smith as “the best person”.
“I miss you so much. You are my world. You gave me a beautiful daughter. Our baby has lost the best person a girl needs in her life — her daddy,” she wrote in an online tribute.
