Three men have been stabbed on the street in Lalor, in Melbourne’s north, outside a set of shops near a playground.

Three men have been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in Lalor on Sunday night.

Emergency services were called to Lorne St about 8.30pm Sunday following reports of three injured men on the street.

A Victoria Police spokesman confirmed that two of the men suffered stab wounds to the stomach while the third had a wounded leg.

The three men — a teenager and two aged in their 20s — were taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious condition.

Brad Czerny was walking nearby when he saw the police lights.

“The whole street was blocked off, and I saw a white chair at the back of a car with a pool of blood on the ground,” he said.

“It looked really serious.”
