A MAN missing for more than three weeks has been found at Werribee Gorge State Park today.

THE body of a man who was missing for more than three weeks has been found at Werribee Gorge State Park today.

A passer-by located the body at the gorge near Ironbark Road about 6pm last night.

Investigators with Search and Rescue members retrieved the body just before 2pm this afternoon.

The body, which is yet to be formally identified, is believed to be Yiwei Chu.

The 28-year-old was last seen buying lunch at a Notting Hill fast food shop at 12pm on April 11.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and police will prepare a report for the Coroner.

Earlier, police said they had explored all lines of inquiry but had “drawn a blank”.

“His credit cards cards and mobile has have not been used in two weeks,” Inspector Cecchin said.

“He is usually in constant contact several times a week with his grandmother in China but that has completely stopped.

“That is a concern to us,” he said.
