THIS is “Little” Tommy Ivanovic — the third man in the room when Carl Williams was murdered in prison.
Ivanovic, looking fresh from walking out of Barwon Prison last week after serving 16 years for murder, was back on Lygon St on Thursday night.
The man known as “The Gun’’ celebrated his freedom with some old friends at Italian restaurant Villa Romana, dining at a back-of-room table with the notable John Khoury.

Mick Gatto, who, with business partner Khoury, treats the venue as a second home, missed the celebrations.
The Herald Sun has been told the dinner was to help Ivanovic get back on his feet.
Friends are eager to ensure he is not left with money troubles, which could lead to him striking more trouble with the law.
Police believe the convicted killer has information on significant crimes and powerful underworld figures.
Ivanovic was in Acacia Unit One in Barwon Prison when Williams was attacked by Matthew Johnson on April 19, 2010.
He was also on the phone within minutes of the attack to a man police suspected organised the hit.
Ivanovic was freed on parole under tight conditions, and left the restaurant before 9.30pm. But not before listening to a busker belt out some Italian standards on the street.
Ivanovic is under a night-time curfew and restrictions on his consumption of alcohol. He is electronically monitored by at least one bracelet.
It is unclear whether there are restrictions on those he is allowed to associate with.
Such support is not unprecedented.
In 2008, Gatto organised a charity dinner for Faruk Orman, who was awaiting trial for the 2000 murder of Victor Peirce at Port Melbourne.
Ivanovic has his share of enemies in the underworld.
He was last year stabbed in Barwon Prison in what was suspected as revenge for an attack on a former mate three years earlier.
