Three men have been arrested after a police pursuit through Melbourne’s southeast overnight.
Police were called to Pascal Rd in Seaford after reports of a suspicious loiterer just after midnight.
While patrolling the area, police saw a white Toyota Hiace van and attempted to pull it over.

The van ignored police requests and took off along the Princes Freeway in Officer.
The van was chased by police until the driver and his two passengers dumped it in Laurina Link in Pakenham about 1.30am.
The three men then tried to run away but were eventually tracked down by a police dog squad.
Senior constable Alistair Parsons said a 26-year-old man and a 29-year-old man, both from Cranbourne West, are now in custody assisting police.
A 29-year-old homeless man was taken to hospital after receiving dog bites to his arm during his arrest.
