We’re proud to launch the Herald Sun’s new website and hope you’re enjoying your first experience with it.

You can learn more about the faster, cleaner site and its new features here, but if you have questions or feedback we’re very keen to hear it.

The Herald Sun’s online staff will answer your questions about the new site from 1pm-4pm today (Monday). Outside of this time we’ll do our best to respond but it may not be immediate – we are hard at work bringing you the news.

Please leave a comment below and we’ll do our best to address specific queries.

But first, a couple of notes:

■ The site is designed to work best with current internet browsers, so please update your browser to the latest version (that’s always a good idea for internet security anyway).

■ If you want to raise specific functionality or formatting issues with the site, it will help our technical team if you can tell us the device, operating system and browser you’re using. Our Customer Support team can be contacted on 1800 038 254 or you can submit an online query through a Contact Us form.
