THE streamlining of The Footy Show team continues with the weighty issue of how the new line up will look come March tempering festive season indulgences.

Newly minted Footy Show host Craig Hutchison has embarked on a summer slim down in order to be match fit to front the high profile, headline making show.

Now fan favourite Billy Brownless is putting in the hard yarns to shape up for the TV season ahead.

Brownless has been training with former Cats teammate Andrew Bews.

``I have been training with Andrew Bews, a good old mate in Geelong’’ Brownless said.

``He has a gym down there and I go and see Bewsy Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.’’

Looking suave in black tie at the Poker With The Stars charity evening on Monday, Brownless said he was already seeing the results of the sweat sessions.

``This is the first time I have worn a dinner suit in about a year and I don’t think it is mine,’’ he said.

``It is too big for me.’’
