Steve Khatziagelis, 53, was charged with firearm and drug offences after the Gold Coast Major and Organised Crime Squad searched a Turpin Rd residence in February.

The raid followed a police investigation into the illegal supply of firearms.

Police allegedly found two pistol crossbows, a shortened 12 gauge shot gun, a musket style handgun, a replica handgun, two taser cartridges and two MDMA tablets.

Khatziagelis was charged with one count each of possessing shortened firearms, dangerous drugs, weapons and utensils or pipes.

In Southport Magistrates Court on Monday, the 53-year-old’s matters were adjourned to June 21 at the request of his legal representative.

Khatziagelis did not appear in court for the mention.
