A GOLD Coast Christian school has taken matters into its own hands after three boys broke into the school and left a trail of destruction during lockdown.
In a since deleted Facebook post, Emmanuel College Gold Coast shared images of the three youths with their faces blurred, urging the community to help identify them.
“Never mind that we were in lockdown, they have vandalised Josiah property (broken the basketball hoops), stolen equipment (mini-trampoline, basketballs, etc) and their chalk drawings were certainly not child-friendly,” the school wrote on Facebook.
“Police will be called in if needed.”
The images showed a boy with a blonde mullet wearing black pants, while the other two boys had dark, short hair and wore dark-coloured T-shirts and pants.
It is understood the incident took place on Sunday.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said police were not aware of any reports about the incident.
The Bulletin has contacted the school for comment.
