Garry Lyon and Nicky Brownless are selling the Armadale home where they lived from 2018.
The famous couple have $3-$3.3m price hopes for their Ashleigh Road abode, which CoreLogic shows they bought for $3.18m in mid-2018.
Title documents confirm the AFL great-turned-media identity and his high-profile partner as the owners of the blue-chip property, which is set to go under the hammer on December 12.

Marshall White Boroondara agent Chris Barrett said he could not comment on the identity of the vendors, but praised the impressive property.
“It’s a fantastic, beautifully renovated period home with plenty of accommodation, located in one of the best pockets of Melbourne,” Mr Barrett said.
“It’s been well received by the market by families looking to live an Armadale lifestyle.”
He added there was “nothing to be done to it” after an extensive renovation was completed by the previous homeowners, who sold the four-bedroom house to Lyon and Brownless.
The couple had not made any other updates since living at the Federation property.
It features sleek interiors including a modern kitchen with granite benches, multiple living areas and a second storey dedicated to minor bedrooms.
The main bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
It’s set in a prestigious pocket near Toorak Park, High Street shops and top private schools.
Lyon has been romantically linked to Brownless — the ex-wife of his close friend and former Footy Show co-host Billy Brownless — since 2016.
The former Melbourne Football Club captain took time out of the media to deal with his mental health, but has since returned to SEN radio and Fox Footy.
Billy Brownless spoke about the high-profile break-up on Sam Newman and Don Scott’s podcast You Cannot Be Serious earlier this year.
“It’s been four or five years, I’ve come around and everyone is in a good spot to be honest. Garry and Nicky are – that’s fine – and the kids are.
“There’s no Christmas cards yet but we have spoken a couple of times.
“The kids live with Garry and Nicky and things like that.”
The Armadale house is just one of Lyon’s properties: the 51-year-old also bought a 20ha Mornington Peninsula farm for more than $2m in 2016.
Nicky Brownless also sold the four-bedroom house she shared with Billy in Newtown, Geelong for $2.075m in May 2018.
