Hedley Developments has released Cairns’ newest small industrial strata complex for sale.

Situated at 45-49 Cannon St, Manunda, just opposite Endeavour Park soccer grounds and across from the Colonial Club Resort, the new complex is nearing completion.

The location is central between the CBD and Airport area and has easy access of Anderson St in all directions.

CBRE Cairns managing director Danny Betros said the new concrete tilt slab modern units are the first to be released in quite some time.

“Availability of small industrial warehouse has been rare and demand is high so we expect the

units to sell out within the next couple of months. So far 37% of the centre of 16 units have been sold,” Mr Betros said.

There are two sizes available, being 129sqm and 220sqm, and prices start at $475,000.

The units will be ready for occupation in approximately six weeks.

Each unit is approximately 6.5m high and has an electrically-operated 5m x 5m roller with glass office entry, own disabled toilet, sink and all separately metered power with three phase, water and one dedicated carpark.

Security of storage is paramount and most sought-after so the concrete tilt structures offer the best design for prevention of unwanted entry.
