Two people allegedly stabbed by man in Sydney’s west
A man allegedly in possession of a knife and a baseball bat has been charged with stabbing two people following reports of a fight.

A man will face court on Wednesday after allegedly stabbing two people in Sydney’s western suburbs on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say an 18-year-old man and 26-year-old woman arrived at Westmead Hospital with apparent stab wounds following an alleged confrontation with the man, who was known to them.
Police were called to a house in Granville following reports of a fight inside the property on Grimwood St.
The 25-year-old man was then apprehended, allegedly in possession of a knife and baseball bat, not far from the address where the fight had occurred.
He was taken to hospital with a wound to his head before being charged with two counts of wounding a person intending to cause grievous bodily harm (domestic violence).
The injured man remains in a serious but stable condition, while the woman is stable.
