CHEESES, Mary and Joseph! Mould, a festival dedicated to all cheeses great and small, is heading to Sydney next weekend. But hurry, there’s only a few tickets left.

IF CHEESE is the glue that holds your life together, then prepare the comfy pants because this festival is for you.

Mould: A Cheese Festival is a two-day celebration of Australian artisan cheese, bringing together the best producers from around the country in a cheesy showcase that’s hard to resist.

While Saturday sessions have now sold out on September 1 (sessions have been split to avoid queues) there are still tickets available for Sunday September 2, but be quick as the event is expected to sell out.

The event will transform Carriageworks into a farmers’-market-turned-festival style setting, with bonus cooking demonstrations and masterclasses, will feature cheeses from Bruny Island, Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe, Section 28, Shaw River, Tolpuddle, Tongola, That’s Amore and more.

There will also be a range of top food providores, artisanal small good producers and a well-stocked bar with all the best bevvies to pair with cheese including wine, whiskey, beers and ciders, even sake.

You can also indulge in serious cheesy dishes created by Maker & Monger and Harper & Blohm, as well as breads, burgers and more.

The ticket price includes a glass of wine (and wine glass to keep), as well as all cheese tastings.

Saturday Sept 1 has sold out.

Tickets are still available for Sunday Sept 2 day sessions, 11am till 4pm
