Hundreds of people took an adventure to SnowFest Gippsland for a winter wonderland experience.
The community event kicked off in Warragul at 3pm on Friday, featuring many fun activities for all to enjoy.
SnowFest is presented by Warragul Crownlea and organised by the Warragul Business Group.
Each year, the local business community provides more than $100,000 in donations and in-kind support to assist in running the event, which has dozens of sponsors.
Families rugged up with warm jackets, scarfs and gumboots and hit the streets for snow play and amusement rides.
Attendees also met snowboarders and adorable huskies, toasted some marshmallows, listened to the live entertainment, watched in awe at the high flying skills of the Australian Mountain Boarders and saw an array of fireworks later in the evening at Civic Park.
The Herald Sun joined in on the fun and captured photos of the crowds.
Visitors were also able to purchase a Snowfest Carnival Pass for just $10 per person — which included unlimited entries to all the carnival rides including lazer tag, rock climbing, the ferris wheel, cup and saucer rides, the giant slide, giant snow globe and jumping castles.
