Here’s how you can eat and drink your way around the tennis.

BEIJING BETTY

From the team behind Hannoi Hannah, Tokyo Tina, Neptune and Impala comes Cantonese diner Beijing Betty. HELLENIC REPUBLIC

You’re in for a treat with souvas and George’s famous feta chips at the Aus Open.

Hellenic Republic will serve a selection of its famed menu, including his popular grain salad, a falafel or chicken souvlaki, fish and chips and for something more substantial — a delectable lamb shoulder.

LA MAISON PIPER-HEIDSIECK CHAMPAGNE BAR

Sit back on the deck in the sun and enjoy a glass of champagne at La Maison Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Bar. Indulge in either the Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut or Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage. Find your perfect match by playing the fun interactive on site.

HAAGEN DAZS

If temperatures continue to hover around the mid 30s during the Aus Open, you’ll have no excuse to not visit Haagen Dazs. Choose from 12 flavours, or the new mango raspberry and peanut butter flavours. If you can’t make it to Grand Slam Oval, look out for push carts around the precinct to get your fix. The Haagen Dazs team expect to sell 110,000 ice creams during the open, with the most popular flavour being the salted caramel.
