Macca’s worker reveals most annoying things customers do

A Macca’s staffer has revealed the most annoying things customers do – and top of the list was a burger order that makes no sense.

A British McDonald’s worker has revealed how one burger order baffles him when customers make the strange request.

In a video on TikTok, fast food employee Harry Oliver revealed the things customers do that annoy him at work.

The first was ordering a cheeseburger with no cheese. However this already exists on the Macca’s menu as a hamburger.

Other frustrations included – asking if the fries were hot, not requesting table service but then sitting down and expecting staff to find them, and complaining when a Quarter Pounder has cheese on it.

He then posted another video, listing another five customer habits that were frustrating to Macca’s staff.

Mr Oliver said it was annoying when customers became angry when the shake machine was broken, and when they asked for unsalted fries with extra salt sachets.

He said asking for extra toppings on a McFlurry, not specifying what kind of coffee they want and getting annoyed when he asks them to repeat their order were also all frustrating.

But, he also added in a third video that there were things customers did that were enjoyable, such as using manners, and being understanding about waiting a long time for their order either in store or in the drive-through.

Other McDonald’s workers shared their own gripes with the job.

“When you’re repeating their order to them to check if it’s theirs and they nod, don’t check the receipt, and then say the food isn’t theirs,” one social media user commented on Harry’s first video.

Another said: “I will never understand the cheeseburger with no cheese.”

“Customers are the most baffling things I have to deal with,” someone added.
