An individual allegedly using a Whittlesea property to illegally dump and burn industrial waste will face court on a long list of charges thanks to an Environment Protection Authority sting.
The EPA has served 10 charges on the individual following a comprehensive investigation into alleged offences at an unlicensed property at Woodstock.
The charges include contravening the duties of a person receiving and depositing industrial waste, and hindering an authorised officer carrying out duties under the Environment Protection Act 2017.
The alleged offender will front Broadmeadows Magistrates Court in August.
