Those dreaming of owning their own pub could snap-up a freshly renovated hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s west.
Werribee’s Bridge Hotel is up for sale and has been spruiked as the perfect “trophy investment” for a prospective buyer with established publicans already occupying the stunning building.
Set in the booming Wyndham region, where the population is expected to surpass 500,000 by 2041, the Watton St property situated in Werribee’s ‘West End’ precinct is the set to be the perfect “blue chip” investment.
The pub is open seven days a week serving favourites such as tap beers, cocktails and an extensive wine list.
It has a private function and event spaces, live music, beer gardens and a restaurant fit for 500 patrons.
The liquor licence allows the venue to serve drinks until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
