Firefighters have worked quickly to extinguish a blaze at a Sunshine townhouse.
A fire broke out in the townhouse in Queens Circuit about 2pm Friday, but firefighters worked quickly to contain the blaze to the upper balcony.
The owners told Leader the tenants weren’t home when the fire started.
Neighbours called the owners who raced down and have since contacted the tenants to come down. Police currently investigating.
