Point Cook sicko Aleksa Ristivojevic pleads guilty to procuring child for sex: Court

A Point Cook sicko who demanded a child perform vile acts was exposed after a teen girl lured the grub via Snapchat.

A Melbourne student demanded a 14-year-old schoolgirl perform heinous acts including cutting herself before planning to pimp his victim on social media.

Aleksa Ristivojevic, 22, pleaded guilty in the County Court this month to charges including procuring a child for sexual activity.

Ristivojevic sent vile messages and images to a 14-year-old girl and another person who posed as a 13-year-old girl named ‘Evelyn’.

The court heard Evelyn contacted Ristivojevic via Twitter in July 2020 after a friend “advised” her there was a “pedophile in her area”.

Ristivojevic, who also pleaded guilty to transmit indecent communication, “suggested” they move their conversations to Snapchat.

Ristivojevic sexualised his online conversations despite Evelyn telling the fiend she was 13 and in year 7.

“You’re literally so hot and I’m not even just saying that … you’re fr cute af,” Ristivojevic said.

Ristivojevic later procured a 14-year-old girl for sexual activity in June 2021.

“Hey its Aleksa, we haven’t talked in a whileee, but checking to see what’s up with you,” Ristivojevic said to the child.

“Ill be 100% honest with you, I was hoping you’d have broken up (with a contrived boyfriend) by now coz I wanted to come steal your cute a-- x.

“I’d degrade you and make you admit that I own you, make out with your cute a--, after that I’d flip you onto the bed (content too graphic) …

“You won’t be able to stop x … you’d love for me to f--k you and leave you (graphic content)

isn’t that right s---? Xx …

“So you’re down for me to come over and we cuddle in bed all night? Xx”.

The victim told Ristivojevic he can’t stay at her house because her mum “will get the wrong idea” so the grub suggests she stay at his house.

“Wanna stay at mine,” he said.

“It’ll be worth it.”

Point Cook student Aleksa Ristivojevic was charged with child sex crimes after communicating with a child via Snapchat.

Ristivojevic then told the child he had an “idea” to get a “love hotel for during the day”.

He also said he had been “looking at a few different options and the costs involved”.

Ristivojevic also discussed meeting Evelyn at the movies but she said she would feel bad for him paying.

“Aw okay thanks baby, I’ve been so horny think about you for agesssss,” Ristivojevic said.

“You gonna bring those spare panties and socks …”

The victim told Ristivojevic she wasn’t able “to do all that stuff” at the movies.

“Oh … that was kinda the reason we were going to the movies,” the predator replied.

The child later told Ristivojevic she was 14 and “(I) “hope it’s not illegal”.

“Well technically having sex before 16 is illegal but ya know,” Ristivojevic said.

He then “advised” the victim he “won’t tell anyone”.

Ristivojevic offered to purchase the child a vibrator on the proviso she film herself using it and send him the videos.

“Just think of it as a payment … you realise once I pay there’s no backing out of this,” Ristivojevic said.

Ristivojevic also demanded the victim send him vile videos of her urinating.

Ristivojevic also asked his victim what her “boundaries are in relation to blood”.

“We can do things slowly, like I could ask you to make a cut under your t-- or something …,” the vile fiend said.

“Look at it this way, doing this might change your thoughts about using a razor, instead of self harm, it can be kinky stuff that makes you feel good xx.”

Ristivojevic then “directed” the victim to “run the razor over your t---”.

“I want you to make one small cut on your t-- for me … and show obvs”.

The victim attempted to cool off Ristivojevic by telling him “she needs to focus on school more” but it only escalated his horrid offending.

“(You) won’t need braincells as a pornstar or stripper,” he said.

“You should sell your feet pics, it’s easy money … it is most popular on Twitter and Kik.”

Ristivojevic then told his victim he could “help run her account” and she can use “Amazon gift cards”.

Ristivojevic, who also pleaded guilty to transmit and possess child abuse material, then set up the account and asked the child for lewd images and videos.

His lewd communications ended in August 2021.

The victim later told police she blocked Ristivojevic after he “kept asking her to meet up”.

Ristivojevic also sent child abuse material of another victim to a fellow sicko via Telegram in August 2021.

Investigators raided Ristivojevic’s Point Cook home and seized several devices in September 2021.

Police discovered vile child abuse photos and videos some of which pre-pubescent children being penetrated and bestiality.

Lawyers for Ristivojevic temporarily had the fiend’s name suppressed because he was depressed but later abandoned the legal manoeuvre.

Ristivojevic, who will be made a registered sex offender for life, had his bail extended to be sentenced at a later date.
