Filth Lang Lang dad Dale Cranston pleads guilty to soliciting child abuse material: Court

A Gippsland dad and southeast sporting identity was hunted down by anti-pedophile cops who exposed the grub’s child sex offending.

A Gippsland sporting identity has been exposed as a grubby child sex fiend after he was taken down by a specialist anti-pedophile police crew.

Dale Cranston, 38, pleaded guilty at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Friday to charges including soliciting child abuse material.

Cranston used a device to solicit the vile child abuse material at Lang Lang on February 24 this year.

The father also pleaded guilty to transmitting indecent communication to a person he believed was aged under 16.

Cranston also committed the latter charge at Lang Lang on February 24.

Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team detectives swooped in and charged Cranston on March 15 this year.

JACET is a federal police unit which teams with state police to snare pedos and other child sex offenders.

Dale Cranston pleaded guilty to transmitting indecent communication.

Cranston was granted bail with conditions he not be “in the company” of children nor can he undertake “unsupervised contact” with a person aged under 18.

Cranston was also barred from using internet sites including social media.

Cranston, a father and local sporting identity who purportedly plays cricket, will face a pre-sentence hearing at the County Court at a later date.
