A teenage boy has been arrested and charged over a series of attempted break ins in Melbourne’s north last month.

A teenager has been arrested and charged with multiple attempted aggravated burglaries in Melbourne’s north over a four-day period.
Police charged the 17-year-old boy with at least 15 alleged offences between March 20-24, where it is alleged he attempted to access properties and cars.
In three alleged incidents, cars were broken into and items stolen from inside.
The alleged attempted break-ins occurred at Carroll Lane, Navana Ct, Section Rd and Edara Circuit in Greenvale.
Police executed a search warrant and arrested the boy on Tuesday.
He has since been charged with multiple counts of attempted aggravated burglary, attempted theft and theft.
The boy has been bailed to appear at a children’s court at a later date.
