Two children seriously injured after being hit by a car at Mulwala
Two children remain in serious conditions in hospital after they were hit by a car driven by an elderly woman near Yarrawonga.

Two children remain in hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car at a border town caravan park on Wednesday afternoon.
Ambulance Victoria was called to the incident in the NSW town of Mulwala, north of Yarrawonga, about 2.50pm.
NSW police said two children, a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, were struck by a Jeep model four wheel drive.
“They are being treated at the scene for serious injuries,” a NSW police spokesman said.
Both children were airlifted to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
One patient was believed to be in a serious condition with upper and lower body injuries.
The second patient was believed to be in a serious condition with lower body injuries.
The hospital on Thursday confirmed the children remained in serious but stable conditions.
It is understood the incident occured on Corowa Rd at the Mulwala Caravan Park.
The driver, a 70-year-old woman, was uninjured.
NSW police established a crime scene and opened an investigation into the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
